Group Coaching*
Now for the first time available to the smaller business - the same programmes, the same materials and the same business coaches that delivered spectacular results for larger, more affluent companies - all at small business prices.How Does It Work?
- Group coaching uses the same exclusive programme that is used for larger companies.
- Places are limited to only 5 people per closed group.
- The programme lasts for 3 months (the proven optimum time-scale to build momentum and maximise results).
- Each week coaching is done via a conference call – so no time or money is wasted on travelling.
- Because it is a closed group, members get acquainted with each other – and start working together in a buddy system, assisting with each others’ challenges and goals, creating their own interactive network.
What’s the agenda?
The programme lasts for three months - with coaching sessions held every week.Weekly coaching sessions last for one hour, which may not sound a lot, but they have been highly configured and designed to maximise business potential.
1 We start with a circuit around the ‘room’ - each member reporting their highs / lows.
2 Feedback is gathered on your work completed from the previous week and how progress is being made towards weekly targets.
3 The introduction of the next section of the programme for the week.
4 Questions are answered.
5 Targets are set for the week ahead.
6 Confirm everyone is motivated and clear of their targets for the following week.
What is covered?
Seven key business strategies - or as we call them - ‘Silver Bullets’ will be covered:- Strategic Plan - Discover exactly where you are going with your business. The Strategic Plan clarifies the vision, mission and values of your workforce as well as its long and short-term goals, ensuring everyone’s working efficiently together.
- Time Management Plan - Creating default diaries: Important tasks are blocked into your calendar as an appointment with yourself, which is always adhered to - making you accountable for its success.
- Tactical Marketing Plan - The development of an aggressive, measurable marketing plan will increase leads, improve sales closing ratios, increase average spend per transaction and increase the number of transactions per customer.
- Sales Management System - Developing a high performance sales force (if there is just you in the business, then this is you) by scripting their approach, co-ordinating activities with the right CRM software, measuring activity and (where relevant) combining results to pay-cheques.
- Cash Gap Plan - Plan to quickly collect outstanding receivables, get your customers to pay on time, and improve your terms with suppliers - so that you have a healthier bank account.
- USP & Guarantee - Getting our ideal customers to feel compelled to do business with YOU instead of your competitors because you’re different than all the rest.
